The Sports Ramble is Getting Ziggy With It.

Yes folks AN's own Brad Ziegler will join the Ramblers. And discuss his journey through the minors and his time in the bigs as well as his first big league win last Sunday . Feel free to call in and ask Brad some questions at 800-516-1220. We'll devote the entire first hour and more to the A's.

We'll also talk Sharks with Sharks play-by-play man Dan Rusanowsky who will join the show and discuss new Sharks head coach Todd McLellan and the NHL Draft.

In addition to that we'll Ramble on the following topics:

  • The Bay Bridge Series or The Bay Bridge Rivalry? Does the A's- Giants rivalry hold water?
  • Jason Giambi, our former lovelable first baseman, turned dispicable trash talking Yankee. If the A's pick him up in a Frank Thomas like deal next season, would you welcome him back to the Bigitty Bigitty O with open Arms?
  • Your Phone Calls. We're looking to AN to step it up this week. We're working our butts off to bring you quality radio. All we ask is that you call and let us know what you think about the show and maybe chime in on the topic or any sports related topic. The number, again, is 800-516-1220.
As Always the show airs from  8-10 p.m. on 1220 AM KNTS in the Bay Area and streams live at 1220knts.com all over the world.

Sports Ramble on 1220 AM KNTS Sunday at 8 p.m.

The Sports Ramble will premiere on 1220 AM KNTS on Sunday the 18th at 8 p.m. The show will be caller intensive so we highly encourage Warriors fans to call in. Chetan and Louis will be your hosts. I am one of the producers and we are very excited to offer an alternative to KNBR. In addition to the Warriors we will discuss the A's, Raiders, and Sharks, as well as top local and national sports stories. We will have regular features and we are working on interviews with players and local media.

Ths show can also be streamed live at 1220knts.com, and may be a better option considering the station's signal strength at that time of day.

Please call in and represent the The Warriors, at 800-516-1220 during the show. We need the support of Warriors fans, and all east bay fans to keep the show going
